Neil Ransom, Managing Director

After leaving the Royal Navy (Submarine Service) Neil began his career in the construction industry with Chloride Bardic. Neil has over 26 years’ experience in technical commercial roles, within the Fire & Security industry. Neil’s goal is to support our senior management with advice, promote honesty, faster good relationships and ensure high standards are maintained.

Steven Johnson, Operations Director

Steve has 20+ years in the industry, has a wealth of knowledge of installation, commissioning and technical background of various life safety systems. Steve has worked on a different variety of large projects including residential, commercial and data centres. He recent promotion means he is responsible for all aspects of project delivery, whether this is to determine the correct type of labour for the project or ensuring the high standard of handover documentation.

Tom Aldridge, Technical Director

Tom started his career in Fire Detection Systems in 2004, starting out at an installation engineer, progressing steadily through service, commissioning and management roles, finding new challenges and expanding his knowledge over the years, he has racked up 11 years working with Senesetech Systems, Tom now manages technical solutions and enhances compliance on Life Safety systems applied to all our projects.

Omer Hemo, Estimation Manager

Omer has been with the business since 2023 starting out as a design estimator. He has since been promoted to Estimation Manager and now leads the team specialising in providing accurate cost projections for standard and complex fire/life safety, security and CCTV systems. He’s developed a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of industry standards, allowing to balance budget constraints with critical safety requirements. His work helps clients make informed decisions while ensuring their properties meet all necessary fire and security regulations.

Mathew Wylde, Service Customer Relationship Manager

Mathew has over a decade of Account Management experience across various disciplines within the construction industry including Fire and Security Systems. Mathew’s experience of building and maintaining client relationships has seen the Service & Maintenance portfolio go from strength-to-strength. The Service & Maintenance portfolio ranges from public and private sectors to commercial, industrial and high-end residential.

Eddie Tucker, Commercial Manager

Eddie joined Sensetech after leaving University and has progressed through the Commercial department ever since. Now Commercial Manager, he has completed his Masters in Quantity Surveying and our Commercial Team is growing with the Business. Eddie has a range of experience on Fit Out and complex new build Projects. Specialising in Contract Administration and Cost Management, he works alongside our Project Managers to ensure Projects are delivered in a timely and costs efficient manner.

Andrew Ray, Service Director

A senior service and operations leader with over 30 years’ experience in the UK fire and security sector, spanning frontline engineering, national operations leadership, and strategic service delivery roles.

In a career shaped by building resilient, compliant, and customer‑focused service organisations within complex, highly regulated environments, Andrew brings a practical, engineering‑led mindset combined with strong commercial and operational governance to ensure services are safe, dependable, and scalable.

Jim Pritchard, CAD Manager

Jim left the Military (Army / Royal Engineers) as a Class 1 E&M Draughtsman before starting on his civilian work history within the Electrical & Data installation industry. He has spent the last 25 years working on installation projects in all sectors within the Fire & Security industry and has a team of 2 CAD Technicians and 1 BIM/CAD Technician working on D&B and Fit-out projects for Sensetech.

Stewart King, Specialist Systems Manager

After seven years as a Firefighter in the Royal Air Force, Stew returned to the fire industry, building a career spanning over 30 years. He progressed from service engineer through to sales and business development roles, ultimately becoming National Sales Manager and then Director of Sales at Flamefast Fire Systems. During his eight-year tenure, he played a key role in a period of strong growth, particularly in Ansul Kitchen Suppression Systems.

He later joined Trinity Fire & Security Systems, where he was instrumental in the Specialist Systems division, leading UK-wide sales of mechanical fire systems.

Stew now heads up the Specialist Systems Division at Sensetech Systems, where he is developing a strong portfolio of products and partnerships to drive continued growth across the business.
